About us

Mimmo's has been celebrating the Italian gastronomy in St. Albans, Vermont since 1995. Along with the dough tossing pizza chef, flames from the sautée chefs and occasionally, Micheal Spano showing off his incredible opera vocals around the kitchen at the Essex location, you will find excellent fresh traditional Italian cuisine with New York style pizza, a great atmosphere and fun for anyone from one to a hundred.
